Changes

Used We made a bunch of changes to these cases throughout the entire topic, with minor changes for states files post-Corona. We for states but did not do good version control so those they are the only cases I have. Pretty much stock cases with some good cards we found on our own. Also, this was our first blocks doc with a table of contents. Changed. My. Life.

Used these cases for the whole topic. Aff was stock with a couple of nice finds, neg was half stock half really funky China argument suggested by our coach. Had lots of fun with that one.
